To start your holiday on the right foot from home and reduce the chances of any misunderstandings, here is a list of important facts about our hotel.
The rooms are ready to welcome our guests starting at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. For special needs, it is possible to move up the time upon request, based on availability.
Check-out time is by 10:30 am on the day of departure. However, you may request a late check-out until 7:00 pm. In this case, the supplement is € 15 per person.
To guarantee your reservation, please inform us of your credit card number with its expiry date and name as it appears on the card.
To confirm the reservation we require a deposit of € 100 per room by bank transfer or credit card. If the stay is cancelled at any time, a voucher of the same amount as the deposit will be issued and can be used within one year from the date of issue.
Your stay can be paid in cash, by debit card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club)
The Spa and pools are open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for internal guests and from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for external guests.
Your dog can stay at the hotel at a cost of € 10 per day (food not included). They are not permitted access to the swimming pool area, restaurant or wellness areas.
Our hotel is a place of health and well-being. For this reason, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Should you wish to have lunch and dinner in our restaurant, please note that there is an additional charge of € 30.00 per person.
