Things to know before you go

The rooms are ready to welcome our guests starting at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. An early check-in from 10:00 am may be requested, subject to availability and prior confirmation by the hotel, with a supplement of € 15 per person. 

Check-out time is by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Guests may request a late check-out, including use of the room and hotel facilities until 7:00 pm, at a cost of € 20 per person. Alternatively, by vacating the room by 11:00 am, guests may use the swimming pool for the entire day at a cost of € 10 per person. This service includes access to changing rooms and lockers.

To guarantee your reservation, please inform us of your credit card number with its expiry date and name as it appears on the card.

To confirm the reservation we require a deposit of € 100 per room by bank transfer or credit card. If the stay is cancelled at any time, a voucher of the same amount as the deposit will be issued and can be used within one year from the date of issue.

Your stay can be paid in cash, by debit card or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club)

The Spa and pools are open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for internal guests and from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. for external guests.

Your dog can stay at the hotel at a cost of € 10 per day (food not included). They are not permitted access to the swimming pool area, restaurant or wellness areas.

Our hotel is a place of health and well-being. For this reason, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Should you wish to have lunch and dinner in our restaurant, please note that there is an additional charge of € 35 per person (drinks not included).

Supplement for external guests for Christmas Eve dinner: € 50 per person (drinks not included).

Supplement for external guests for New Year's Eve dinner: € 120 per person (drinks not included).
